Purpose
To (re)connect to a sense of safety in your body as a necessary prerequisite to trust that you can rest.

Before you begin your practice, consider a small shift, change, or something you want to call into being over the next two weeks connected to your intention, your why.
Then dedicate your devotion and rest practice to that.
Here’s your practice for the week. This practice is designed to support you in staying connected to your devotion, to our circle, and to our collective intentions.
Prayer for Rest
Directions for Practice: Decide if you will practice 3 days, 5 days, or 7 days a week between January 12-24, 2025. For this practice, choose the duration that is the easiest for you to remember and also keep cadence with. Trust that whatever you choose is enough. You can lay down to practice or practice in your favorite chair.

Rest Nest
This is our first time creating a rest nest together and also resting together.
Directions: Listen to this or practice with it just one time before we meet again on January 24th. Journal or freewrite. Notice what you notice. Do not underestimate the power of your devotion.
