You have a rest practice and you know this work goes deep. You've felt the shifts. You've seen what's possible when you truly pause and listen.

This day-long coaching intensive with follow-up support is for that.

This is a full day of sacred rest, deep listening, and personalized coaching designed specifically for where you are in your practice, calling, and business.

This experience requires pre-work and honest self-reflection. If you're not willing or able to set aside two hours before we meet to get real about what you want, I love you, and this isn't for you. We are both working AND resting deeply on this expansive day.

This is for leaders ready to stop circling and start moving, with ease (of course). It also takes devoted effort to unlock your next level of ease. This is for leaders who are also willing to name the lie they've been telling themselves about the thing they keep circling, and act from a deeper truth.

What We'll Do Together

Together, we'll rest. We'll listen. We'll clarify what is yours to do. We'll move what's been stuck by taking action aligned with your purpose. Not some day… on the day of the coaching intensive.

Structure: The Flow of the Day

I don’t usually share schedules upfront. For this, it’s important to know what you are signing up for and the depth of both rest and work involved.

Duration: 10:00am - 4:00pm ET

Format: Live, online via Zoom

Group Size: 3 maximum

Framework and methodology: Clear, Clarify, Create, Celebrate™

    • Each person shares where they are and what they're bringing to this container

    • You'll be led through a restorative practice focused on clearing resistance and blocks to your purpose, impact, and abundance.

    • Post-practice integration: journaling + sharing

    • Each person receives up to 30 minutes of focused coaching on a specific challenge that keeps repeating in their rest, business, or action-taking

    • The group witnesses and learns. This witnessing is part of the medicine

    • You'll see yourself in others' stories. You'll receive clarity through their breakthroughs.

    • Participants rest, eat, integrate.

    • Second practice focused on clarity and revelation. What is REALLY yours to do?

    • Post-practice integration: journaling + partnered reflection

    • We continue the thread from Round one or focus on what you need to do to be in integrity with your desires. We get real about what actions you will take to move forward into your expansion.

    • This is where we get specific about your next steps

    • That thing you keep putting off, start. The email you keep saying you will send, send it. The ask or proposal that’s been in draft, we are doing it, live and together. You will leave this day and have “that thing” you know the thing “checked off”

    • Personal reflection time: Name your quiet revelation and three key commitments going forward

    • Share your takeaways with the group. 

    • Receive closing guidance and blessing

What's Included:

Full day of rest practices and intimate group coaching
( 3 people maximum)

Two personalized coaching sessions embedded in the group experience and focused time on your specific challenges

All rest practice recordings from the day to continue your practice

Pre-intensive reflection & integration inquiry a week before our intensive to prepare you to receive the full benefit of our time together

1 week of voice message and text based coaching via Voxer access after the intensive; ask me anything about your rest and business. I'll respond within 24 hours

Accountability partners. As a group you commit to checking in with each other weekly for at least 30 days after we gather.

Investment

$3,000

Can be paid in full or in two payments.

$1,500 is due within two days of acceptance to confirm your space. Balance is due 30 days after that or November 6. Which ever comes first.
