What You’ll Receive

  • 10 live virtual sessions
    (2 hours each)
    Fridays 12:00pm ET

    Each session includes:

    • Guided rest practice (Yoga Nidra or somatic practice)

    • Embodied wisdom, practice, and transformational tools related to each month's theme

  • Between sessions, you'll receive:

  2. Receive enrollment invitation if accepted

  3. Pay nonrefundable deposit of $1250 to secure your seat within 48 hours

  4. Begin January 2026

  • With only 4 people, your presence is deeply felt and valued. To honor privacy and maintain confidentiality, calls will not be recorded

  • Yes. Additional 30-minute sessions available at $500 each, based on availability.

  • We ask for a 12-month commitment. If extraordinary circumstances arise, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

  • If you're using this for professional development, consult your tax advisor. Many participants do deduct this.

  • Strictly limited to 4 participants maximum. This is an ultra-intimate container designed for deep transformation.

  • This size creates the perfect balance—intimate enough for deep vulnerability and personalized attention, yet large enough for collective wisdom and diverse perspectives. You'll be truly seen and known.
